What a joy to visit!! I drove out of my way to stop in for some gluten free ice cream on a late summer night (had the entire place to myself) and was not disappointed! They have an extensive menu posted inside before you order and each flavor is marked with dairy and gluten allergens, where they exist. There's a large variety of gluten free options and gluten free cake cones. After ordering, you move to the next room to wait for your order. Cones are handed to you in a paper holder which I appreciate for cross contamination. My ice cream was delicious!

Went here for the first time on Thursday September 26th 2024, with my parents as part of our south carolina vacation. Literally was down the road from the Pirateland Campground that we stayed at. It wasn't busy at all when we visited, which was around 9:00PM. But they have fences and certain directions to go when it is busy, so i imagine that it can get busy there. They have an extensive menu, and the hard ice cream supplied is Hershey's Ice cream. They have cups and cones to lots of toppings. I ordered the Cotton candy in a cup with gummy bears, and my dad ordered chocolate in a cup with fudge. He said he enjoyed the fudge. Paid with cash, the person who took our order was very nice. Kudos to the lids that are on top that keeps the ice cream from spilling! There were tables inside to eat at, but we decided to eat outside, and found a bench right near the car to sit at. I enjoyed my ice cream! Hope be back next year!

Yummy! Husband & I went last night for the first time for a "late night date night". There was about 12 people ahead of us, but the line moved quickly with barely waiting for our order. Plenty of spots to sit inside or outside & the staff are friendly. 10/10.

We had family in town, so we stopped for some ice cream. I am recently diagnosed gluten intolerant. I was pleasantly surprised that even I had so many options. This will definitely be our new go to spot!

We stopped in one night after dinner. Glad we didn't come later as I suspect they get a lot of business from the campground across the street. My companion got the cherry mania sundae and really enjoyed it. The cherry topping was different and he said it was really good! I got a sundae with lots of peanut butter, hot fudge, Reese's, etc. which was also good! It was enjoyable looking at all the memorabilia around the place; really makes you feel like you're at the beach!

Place is a comfortable size inside. They have tables inside and it definitely fits a few families. They have a large menu to choose from. It was very busy, but the staff really worked fast to assist the customers. Pretty good system and team work. Ice cream isn't homemade, however; their custard and Italian icees are.

My husband and I came for the dairy-free flavors. About 5 choices, and they use a separate scoop. I like how you can order different flavors by the scoop, however, when I ordered a scoop of cookie lovers and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter, I only received cookie lovers. There was only one worker and a line so I didn't feel like waiting to get it corrected. It was good and satisfied our craving for ice cream at the beach. Dairy-free flavors are made with coconut milk. Tasted homemade and wasn't too sweet, which I loved. But not the creamiest or richest ice cream.

This is the best ice cream shop! Do you know how hard it is to find dark chocolate hot fudge???! THEY GOT IT! They had dark chocolate ice cream! Delicious waffle cones! The store had that delicious ice cream parlor smell that I remember from when I was a kid. The prices were crazy affordable! Did we go two days in a row? Yes. Were we there when they opened??! Yeah. So? You wanna fight about it? Mind your business! I enjoyed this spot so much.
